Turn this month's trial balance into a dashboard your directors can click

  • 200 artifact super prompts
  • 11 artifact types
  • 20 categories
  • 10 ready-made workflows
  • 16 universal follow-up prompts

Where finance reporting gets stuck

  • The pack nobody clicks: Month-end ends with a static spreadsheet. Directors scroll past it, then send the same questions by email.
  • Every what-if is a rebuild: "What if we raise prices 5%?" means another evening rebuilding the model by hand.
  • AI numbers that do not tie: You tried AI on a ledger once, got a confident total that did not match the source, and stopped trusting it.

Left as it is, the same reporting work comes back every month, and your numbers stay locked in files only finance can read.

What you can build

  • Dashboards (36 prompts). For example: Monthly KPI Dashboard from a Trial Balance Export
  • Reports (28 prompts). For example: Month-End Management Accounts Pack with Commentary Tabs
  • Trackers (28 prompts). For example: Month-End Close Tracker with Task Owners and Deadlines
  • Calculators (26 prompts). For example: Break-Even Calculator with Interactive Chart
  • Models (21 prompts). For example: 13-Week Cash Flow Forecast Model with Weekly Roll-Forward
  • Simulators (18 prompts). For example: Price Increase Impact Simulator on Volume and Profit
  • Explainers (12 prompts). For example: Why Profit Is Not Cash: Explainer Using the Client's Own Numbers
  • Knowledge hubs (11 prompts). For example: Finance SOP Library with Step-by-Step Procedures
  • AI apps (11 prompts). For example: AI Variance Commentary Writer from Budget versus Actual Data
  • Client portals (6 prompts). For example: Client Monthly Financial Report Portal
  • Checklists (3 prompts). For example: Artifact Sharing Safety Checklist Before You Publish a Link

Frequently Asked Questions

What format is the book?

A PDF of 1,024 pages (about 18 MB), A4 size, that you download straight after payment. Each prompt has its own pages: what to upload, the super prompt to copy, what to expect, how to check the numbers, follow-up prompts and a worked example.

Which AI tool do I need?

The prompts are written for Claude and its artifacts feature. Most prompts work on any plan with artifacts. Some use plan-dependent features such as saved data, AI-powered artifacts or connected apps, and each prompt says so under "Plan needs". Features and plans can change, so check your plan in Claude's help center.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You upload or paste your data, copy the prompt, replace the placeholders and Claude builds the artifact. The Artifact Starter Guide walks you through the settings to check once and how to prepare your data.

How long does a first artifact take?

Each prompt shows a build time. Prompt 1, the beginner starting point in the free sample, takes 10 to 15 minutes; the Monthly KPI Dashboard (Prompt 21) takes 15 to 20 minutes. Add a few minutes to prepare your export and run the checks.

What is the difference between the free sample and the book?

The free sample is 44 pages: the gallery, the Artifact Starter Guide, the 16 follow-up prompts, the 10 workflows, the full prompt finder and three complete super prompts (1, 21 and 27). The book is 1,024 pages with all 200 super prompts.

What is the difference between the two licenses?

The Individual license is for one person in their own work, including client work. The Firm license is for up to 10 users within one firm. With either license you may use the prompts and the artifacts you build with them freely in your work. You may not resell, share, republish or distribute the book or the prompts, or upload them to a public prompt library.

How do I pay and get the book?

Checkout is hosted by our secure payment partner. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and your card details never touch our site. We email a download link to the address you use at checkout, usually within a few minutes. The link works for 30 days and for up to 10 downloads. If it expires or you lose the email, request a new link on the order page with the same email address.

Can I get a refund?

14-day money-back guarantee on all one-time digital products. If it is not right for you, email within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Implementation and Done-For-You services are not refundable. Subscriptions are covered by the subscription terms.

Is my client data safe?

The book shows you how to work safely: use a business plan or a plan that does not train on your data for client or company information, anonymize names before uploading, keep confidential artifacts private and never publish a link that contains client or payroll data.

Is this endorsed by Anthropic?

No. Claude is a product of Anthropic. This book is independent and is not endorsed by Anthropic.

Is this financial advice?

No. It is a productivity aid for finance professionals and business owners. AI tools and the artifacts they build can contain errors, so reconcile every figure to your source data and have a suitably qualified person review any output before it is relied on or shared.
