Do I need to know how to code?

No. Every workflow is built with no-code tools using menus, field mapping and copy-ready prompts. If you can use a spreadsheet and set up an email filter, you can follow along. A few optional notes mention where a developer could extend things, but you never need them.

How soon will I have something working?

In Lesson 1.1. Inside the first 15 minutes you switch on a live two-step automation that logs invoice and receipt emails into a spreadsheet, using a free Zapier plan or Power Automate. By the end of Module 2 you will have built four complete workflows.

Which automation tool should I use?

The course teaches the logic in a tool-agnostic way and shows how it maps to Zapier, Make, n8n and Microsoft Power Automate. If you live in Microsoft 365, Power Automate is a natural fit; otherwise many beginners start with Zapier or Make.
